SHOE REVEIW
Friday, September 14, 2007 at 04:53PM TOP 5
1. I picked them up for 70 bucks which I thought was pretty good for shoes
2. Lightweight and still very grippy
3. They come in 4 different colors, low and mid styles shoes. Sweet!
4. Really comfortable! I almost forget they are on after I'm done riding
5. Really comfortable again. Like the most comfortable shoes I've ever bought
Worst 5
1. Super thin bottom. You can feel every pin in your pedal and I'm not that into that
2. The hole on the right side of the left shoe. I dont know what its from but it happened maybe 2 months into riding in them. Maybe catching tailwhips?? I dont know but it sucks and I could fit 3 fingers in the side of my shoe.
3. The inside also fell apart pretty fast and kinda bummed me out.
4. I got the low top style shoes so there isn't alot of ankle support. I guess you could get the mid top ones if that bothers you that much.
5. There arent 5 things bad about this shoe.
Overall
I know these shoes are made for skating but I went ahead and got them because I heard good things and the shoes were somewhat cheap. They were amazing the first 2 months that I had them. After that, they kinda started to get real loose and fall apart in places. Suede rips kind of easy which i found out with these bad boys. If you like shoes that aren't very bulky and do the bare minimum of protection and support, these shoes are awesome. I'm more of a big, stiff, bulky shoe kinda guy if im riding my BMX. I give them a 7 for riding and a 9 if I was just chillin' or walking in them. PEACE!
